PAYMENT

1. What are my payment options?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe payments. 

2. My card has been charged twice, how can I reverse this payment?

Oh no! Apologies in advance for the inconvenience if this has happened to you. Please email us at info@zileej.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. 

3. Do you provide cash on delivery?

Great idea, but we don’t offer this as an option. Please see payment options above for how we’re currently accepting payments.  

ORDERING & SHIPPING

1. Where do you ship to?

Shipping is currently optimised for the USA, UK, and Australia. Make sure you've selected the right store from the drop down menu at the top right-hand corner of screen. We are working hard behind the scenes to improve shipping for more locations soon. 

2. When will I receive my order?

We’ll send your order out to you based on the delivery option chosen at checkout.

3. Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Once an order has been placed online it can’t be cancelled as it will be processed through our system. You may exchange or refund your purchase once you receive it. Click here for more information.

 4. Can I place my order by phone, email, or at a store?

We’d love to chat, but at the moment the only place you can place an order is through our online store.  

5. How safe is it to order online?

We take protection of online data seriously. All information that you share with us will be treated with respect and privacy, with measures in place to ensure the security of the personal details you share through our website. 

6. What should I do if I did not receive my confirmation email?

Reach out to us at info@zileej.com so we can see what went wrong. 

7. What should I do if I have received an incorrect or damaged item?

We hope this doesn’t happen! But if it does, please click here for more information.

8. Can I order a gift for someone?

Not yet, but we're working on making this feature available soon!

9. What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

You’ll be notified by the courier, usually via a note in your letterbox or an SMS/email. This will depend on the shipping service you have selected.

10. Can I have my shipping redirected to another address after purchase?

No, as these will be dispatched the same day or next day depending on the time of order.

11. Why are your shipping rates so high?

Our shipping rates are standard for the size and weight of the packaged product, within the region the order is being placed in. Please check that you have selected the correct store from the drop-down menu at the top right corner of the page.

About 5Pillars games

When will I receive my order?

This depends on the delivery option selected at checkout. 

What does my 5Pillars boardgames come with?

The Pillars and Seerah editions come jam-packed with 750 question & answer cards, and the Junior edition has 500 cards.

All have a game board, 50 Pillar tiles so you can fill up the board every time you get a correct answer, 5 Pillar tokens to mix up the level of difficulty you're playing in, a card tray to keep everything organised, and of course an instruction manual to teach you how to play. 

What does my 5Pillars FunBox come with?

400 question cards, an activity wheel, a 1-minute sand timer, a card tray, and an instruction manual.

What does my 5Pillars Trivia Burst come with?

250 question & answer cards and an instruction manual.

Where are they made?

Our games are designed by our global team headquartered in Dubai, and manufactured in China at a factory that we have personally visited and ensured acceptable and respectful working conditions. 

  

About Salam Sisters dolls

When will I receive my order?

This depends on the delivery option selected at checkout. 

What does my Salam Sisters doll come with?

Your dolls will arrive at home with :

  • Cute outfit 

  • A pair of shoes

  • A specially designed undercap to hold your doll’s hair in place (no hair-ties needed) 

  • Two headscarves:

    1. Designer scarf: which is a specially designed headscarf for Salam Sisters in a pre-sewn style, that is easy to put on and take off thanks to thoughtfully placed velcro.
    2. Style-your-own scarf: a specially designed scarf with a nifty bit of elastic at the neck (no pins needed) and free-flowing ends, encouraging young minds to get experimental and create their own unique #HijabStyle
  • Playmat which activates the augmented reality feature of the Salam Sisters app. Bringing to life a 3D version of your doll on your smartphone.

  • Storybook with activities: Learn more about your doll's world through an original Salam Sisters story and activities (you can colour in the pages of the book too!)

  • Hairbrush: because your doll will arrive at your doorstep with her headscarf on, her hair might be a bit bent out of shape. Not to worry, we've included a hairbrush to help smooth her hair out or put the volume back into her natural curls because hair care counts for hijabi's too!

  • They also come with a whole lot of love, jam-packed with big aspirations, endless hours of imaginative play, and fun!

Sizes and measurements

The box that your doll comes in is 28cm (11in) wide, 13.5cm (5.3in) deep, and 53cm (20.8in) high.

Our Salam Sisters dolls stand at 46cm (18in) tall.

Where are they made?

Our dolls are designed and developed in Spain, and manufactured in China at a factory that we have personally visited and ensured acceptable and respectful working conditions. 

Why would you put scarves on dolls? 

We believe in representing diversity in cultural ethnicity as well as in representations of faith. When we started out, we noticed that there were no dolls with vibrant and varied personalities brought to life through beautifully designed experiences and stories that incorporate elements of Islamic faith.

We would like young girls - Muslim or not - to see, experiment, and play with dolls that introduce a welcoming mindset to diversity.  

We believe that girls should have the right to choose how they dress, as such, the headscarves of our dolls are removable and our characters appear both with and without headscarves.  

Zileej Co-founder Peter Gould shares, “The Salam Sisters concept was originally inspired by my own two daughters and experiences as a Muslim parent. Speaking with other parents, we recognised the need to develop a fun range of characters, dolls and play experiences to inspire the next generation of Muslims making positive change in the world."
