Exchange & Returns
We hope that you’ll love your purchase! If you aren’t satisfied with your brand new toy or game, please let us know so we can work together to make it right.
You’re entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days from the delivery date of your product.
The product must be in the original condition in which it was received. This means the product must not be opened or unwrapped in any way and must be in original condition.
Note that shipping costs cannot be refunded, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost on items that are not incorrect or damaged.
Our game and toys are made with love and we want you to love them as much as we do. If you have received incorrect or damaged items (we’re super sorry and slightly embarrassed) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org - and we will happily take care of return shipping and send you a replacement.
TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND:
Please email email@example.com with the following details:
Your electronic invoice (this is the one that we email to you after you make a purchase, it should have the names of the products you purchased and the cost)
The item/s you wish you exchange or return
And the reason why you’d like to refund or exchange.
